Fashion Platform (“URGE.”, “Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), including all information, applications, registrations, ticket purchases, products, services, events and other content made available through the Website.
By accessing, browsing or using this Website, purchasing tickets, submitting an application or participating in any URGE. event or activity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you should immediately discontinue the use of this Website.
1. DEFINITIONS
For the purposes of these Terms:
- “Website” means www.urgefashion.com and all associated webpages.
- “Event” means any fashion show, workshop, networking event, exhibition or activity organized by URGE.
- “Participant” means any model, designer, sponsor, partner, volunteer, media representative or other approved individual participating in an Event.
- “Visitor” means any person accessing the Website.
- “Ticket Holder” means any person purchasing or holding a valid ticket.
- “Application” means any submission completed through the Website.
2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
Your continued use of this Website constitutes acceptance of these Terms and any future amendments published on the Website.
URGE. reserves the right to amend, modify or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice.
The most recent version shall always be available on this Website.
3. WEBSITE USE
You agree to use this Website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the Website.
You shall not:
- interfere with Website functionality;
- upload malicious software;
- attempt unauthorized access;
- misuse application forms;
- submit false information;
- copy Website content without permission;
- use automated systems to collect Website data;
- reproduce or redistribute Website materials for commercial purposes.
URGE. reserves the right to suspend or terminate access where misuse is suspected.
4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content available on this Website, including but not limited to:
- trademarks;

- photographs;

- graphics;

- event concepts;
- branding;
- page layouts;
- marketing materials;

- visual identity;
remain the exclusive property of URGE. Fashion Platform or their respective owners.
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, published or modified without prior written consent.
5. EVENT INFORMATION
All published event information, including dates, venues, schedules, participating designers, models, sponsors, partners and activities, is subject to change.
URGE. reserves the unrestricted right to amend, postpone, relocate, suspend or cancel any Event where considered necessary for operational, creative, commercial, technical, legal or safety reasons.
Such changes shall not automatically entitle attendees or participants to compensation except where required by mandatory applicable legislation.
6. TICKET SALES
Tickets are sold exclusively through Ticket Tailor.
Payment processing is performed through secure third-party payment providers including Stripe.
URGE. does not process or store payment card information.
Ticket purchases remain subject to:
- these Terms;
- the Refund Policy;
- Ticket Tailor’s Terms of Service;
- applicable payment provider conditions.
7. EVENT ADMISSION
Valid admission requires possession of a valid ticket or approved accreditation where applicable.
URGE. reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any attendee without liability where:
- fraudulent tickets are presented;
- event rules are violated;
- behaviour is threatening or disruptive;
- instructions from venue staff are ignored;
- attendee safety cannot reasonably be ensured.
8. APPLICATIONS
Applications submitted through the Website for designers, models, sponsors, partners, volunteers or media representatives constitute requests for consideration only.
Submission of an application shall not create any contractual relationship nor guarantee participation.
All applications are reviewed individually.
Selection decisions remain entirely at the discretion of URGE.
9. DESIGNER PARTICIPATION
Participation packages, fees and included services are published for informational purposes and may be updated prior to application deadlines.
Participation becomes confirmed only after:
- successful application review;
- payment verification;
- written acceptance by URGE.;
- compliance with production requirements.
Designers remain responsible for the originality, legality and ownership of all submitted designs and materials.
Where designers elect to provide their own models, stylists, hair or makeup professionals, all associated costs, scheduling, coordination and management remain solely the responsibility of the designer.
10. MODELS
Model applications do not guarantee representation or participation.
Selected models agree to attend rehearsals, fittings and production meetings as scheduled.
Failure to comply with production requirements may result in withdrawal from participation.
11. SPONSORS & PARTNERS
All sponsorship agreements are negotiated individually.
Any sponsorship benefits, branding opportunities, exhibition spaces or promotional deliverables shall be governed by separate written agreements where applicable.
12. PRESS & MEDIA
Media accreditation is subject to approval.
Accreditation may be limited, suspended or withdrawn at any time where necessary for operational or security reasons.
Commercial redistribution of event media requires prior written authorization.
13. PHOTOGRAPHY & IMAGE RIGHTS
Photography, videography, livestreaming and media recording may occur during Events.
By attending or participating, you grant URGE. a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to capture, reproduce, publish, distribute and use your image, voice and likeness for editorial, promotional, marketing, educational and archival purposes without additional compensation, unless otherwise required by law.
14. USER SUBMISSIONS
By submitting logos, photographs, portfolios, collection images or other materials through this Website, you confirm that you own or have the legal right to use such materials.
You grant URGE. permission to use these materials solely for purposes related to event organization, promotion and communication.
Ownership remains with the original rights holder.
15. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, URGE. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from:
- Website interruptions;
- event modifications;
- travel arrangements;
- accommodation expenses;
- lost business opportunities;
- technical failures;
- third-party services;
- force majeure events.
Nothing within these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited under applicable law.
16. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The Website integrates services provided by independent third parties including Ticket Tailor, Stripe, Google and other technology providers.
URGE. accepts no responsibility for the availability, functionality or policies of third-party services.
Users remain subject to the applicable terms of those providers.
17. DATA PROTECTION
Personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation including Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation).
18. FORCE MAJEURE
URGE. shall not be considered in breach of these Terms where performance is prevented by circumstances beyond reasonable control including natural disasters, pandemics, governmental restrictions, civil unrest, strikes, technical failures, venue closures or other unforeseen events.
19. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall fall within the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Bulgarian courts.
